I always found the best way to obtain all your B vitamins is to merely take a mutli-B vitamin every morning. they have 100% of the recommended daily amount. Also some of the best resources of vitamins are always found in fruit and vegetables, you can't go wrong with them.

Soaps are definitely dying and they deserve to. Why? The writing. I get that a soap is not supposed to portray "reality" but lately, especially with the Y&R, they have truly veered off into the ridiculous - nonsense like a character having her baby stolen,only to fall in love with the psycho freak that did this is nothing short of blatant insult to the viewers. With story lines becoming more and more bizzare and so out there,even long-time fans are abandoning them in droves. I can't see them lasting much longer unless they make some drastic changes to the writing and stop insulting their audience. I also think that their time has come and gone and in this day and age, they simply don't have a place anymore.
